Powerful, tough, and extremely sharp. Homey’s Svart knife has it all. The knife is made out of one piece of stainless steel. The blade blurs into the blackened handle. Because there is no clear transition to be seen, the Svart knife gets a sturdy and edgy look.

SVART CARVING KNIFE

A carving knife is generally used to cut bigger pieces of meat like a roast, ham, or turkey. That declares the 20 cm blade of the Homey’s Svart carving knife! On top of it, like all knives in the Svart series, this knife has a blackened effect on the handle which makes it look cool.

• Razor-sharp blade (20 cm) of stainless 3Cr13 steel
• Handle of stainless 420 steel with a blackened coating (food safe!)
• The hardness of the blade is 52-54 Rockwell (HCR)
• It’s recommended to clean the knife by hand (no dishwasher), to make sure it’ll maintain its sharpness
