Placing orders & Payments
Easily place an order via our webshop. Select the tools you are interested in, fill in the amount, and let us know whether you would like the tool to be engraved. Add the tool(s) to your shopping cart. You can now view your shopping cart, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.
Order as a guest
You do not need to create an account for shopping with us. We offer the possibility to order as a guest. After checkout you are given the option to create an account with the details you filled in for shipment. These details will then automatically be saved for you.
Please keep in mind that you can only return your order with an account. Do you want to return something and have you ordered as a guest? Then simply create a new account and contact us.
Order with an existing or new account
You can create a new account in advance or during checkout. Having an account is quite handy - pay faster, save multiple delivery addresses, return your orders, and add products to your wish list.

You can pay with the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDeal, and American Express.
You can easily add your discount code to your shopping cart or during check out. Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift vouchers from third parties for the time being.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver in several countries and, therefore, have different delivery promises. What we can promise for everyone is that we ship all orders* within 24 hours on working days (Dutch holidays excluded). After that it differs per country how long the delivery takes. See the table below for all countries we deliver to, the shipping costs, and the estimated delivery time.
*Please keep in mind that products which need to be engraved can take up to two working days untill they are shipped.
Track your parcel
After we have given your package to our delivery service, you will receive the tracking bumber by email. Use this tracking number to stay updated on the whereabouts of your package. If the tracking link in the email does not work, enter the tracking number along with your zip code on the website of the delivery service.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt by you or a third party designated by you. We ask you to register your return request before returning your item(s). Do not worry, we will keep you updated about your return along the way!
Please keep the following in mind:
- Personal care items such as hairdressing, nail, and skin scissors, may - for reasons of hygiene - only be returned if the seal has not been broken after delivery. We'd like to keep everything nice and fresh!
- Returns must be shipped in their original condition and packaging with all accessories supplied. We reserve the right to charge costs for products that are damaged or have signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to determine the functioning, characteristics or nature of the product. This also applies if the packaging has broken in such a way that resale is no longer possible.
- You cannot return orders that have been (partially) refunded.
We always recommend that you ask for a proof of shipment at the delivery point. Unfortunately we cannot be held account for items that go missing during transport. Please hold on to the tracking information of your return untill it has safely arrived at our HQ.

You can submit your return request within 14 days after receiving your order. Easy peasy lemon squeezy...

- Submit your return request and we'll show you what to do next
After we have received and approved your returned item(s), we will refund the payment - excluding any shipping costs - to you. This is done in the same way that the original payment was made. Please allow 5-10 working days for the money to be in your account. If you haven't received anything after 10 working days, please reach out to us.
It is not yet possible to swap an item. Instead, return your product and simply re-order it.

Oh no... We're sad to hear that something is wrong with your order. Please reach out to us if your package is damaged or incomplete and we will get to the bottom of it. Together we will find a solution!
