The Nødigh consists of four durable VITT knives with a handle made of wheatgrass, two tea towels, and a flexible cutting mat. These essentials come in a large can that is suitable for food storage. Everything you need to take the first step towards a sustainable kitchen.

Sustainable VITT knives

The Homey's VITT knives are no ordinary knives. They are made from recycled stainless steel and wheatgrass so they are sustainable! The handle is made from wheat fibers which are reinforced with a biological polymer resin. Completely natural, food-safe, and environmentally friendly.
