CARBON CLOG KNIFE

This knife is named after the typical Dutch clogs because it reflects us Dutchies in some way – work hard and efficiently! This is our little champion when it comes to cutting foods in the kitchen. This knife is razor-sharp due to its rock-hard carbon steel. It will cut right through any vegetables or fruit and will do so for many years (without having to sharpen it!). It has a handle made of beechwood giving it a timeless look.

Carbon steel stays sharp for a very long time. It is, however, not stainless steel. But don’t worry… If you take good care of your Clog Knife you can use it for years! Wash your knife by hand and dry it with a clean towel before storing away. Never put it in the dishwasher, for this will cause the steel to rust and the wooden handle to splinter.
