VITT CHEF'S KNIFE

The biggest knife in the Homey’s Vitt series is the chef's knife. Not only is it often the biggest knife in a kitchen knife collection, but it’s also the most important knife. Every cook, home cook, or star chef, benefits from owning a razor-sharp chef's knife. On top of everything: the handle is made of next-level wheatgrass fiber. The wheat fibers are reinforced with polymer resin through a special production process. This doesn’t concern the polymer resin we know, but a similar type of new biological materials. These do not contain toxic and aggressive substances, heavy metals, or harmful ingredients such as Bisphenol-A.
