JUNIOR RECIPE | Breakfast Muffins - **** Difficulty

What do you need?

For 6 Muffins

  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 125 gr Self-raising flour
  • 100 gr Ham
  • 75 gr Grated cheese
  • Handful of spinach
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Butter or oil
  • Muffin Tin (small)

What should you do?

  1. Turn the oven on at 200° C
  2. Put some butter or oil in the muffin tin. This ensures that the muffins come out easily after baking!
  3. Cut the ham and spinach into strips.
  4. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Fill the muffin tins with the batter and bake them in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool well.

TIP: You can easily and quickly cut spinach into strips! Place a few spinach leaves on top of each other and gently cut them into thin, thin strips. This cutting technique is called chiffonade.
