This 14-year-old student and part-time inventor, Billy, decided to read a book on windmills. He was amazed by this great invention. “If this thing in this book is real, it means that someone created this machine”. And what they could do, Billy could too. In 2002 Billy built his own windmill with his endless imagination and limited resources, such as blue gum trees, old bicycle parts, and materials from the local dump.
