Homey’s tools for life shipping and delivery

We deliver in several countries and therefore have different delivery promises. What we can promise for everyone is that we ship all orders within 24 hours on working days (Dutch holidays excluded). After that it differs per country how long the delivery can take. See the table below for all countries where we deliver to, what the different costs are and from what amount the delivery will be free.

A product which needs to be engraved, two working days can pass before we send it.

Parcels tracking

We know you would like to be up-to-date where your package is when you ordered something. That’s the reason why we send you an email with your tracking number after we have given the package to the delivery service. When this link doesn’t work you can copy the tracking number in the mail and enter it, with your postal code, on this website.

The return policy of Homey’s tools for life

Are there any costs associated with the return?

You have a trial period of 30 days after receipt of the product. Returns are free. However, you are liable for products that are damaged or have signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to determine the functioning, characteristics or nature of the product. We reserve the right to charge costs for this. This also applies if the packaging has broken in such a way that resale is no longer possible.

Until when can I return the product?

You have the right to return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically get the product(s). To return the product(s), you must notify us by submitting a return request. See next chapter for an explanation of the process. Your return request is valid if it was sent within the 30-day period.

Keep in mind the following:

• Personal care items (such as hairdressing scissors, nail scissors and skin scissors) may, for reasons of hygiene, only be returned if the seal has not been broken after delivery.

• Returns must be shipped with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in their original condition and packaging.

• We always recommend that you request a proof of return from the delivery point.

The Return Process

You can submit a return request by logging into your account on the store. There you can find the order you want to return and click on the button Return Items. (It is not possible to return orders which are already been refunded or partially refunded.)

 

When you click the button you will need to specify the Quantity to return, the return reason and the return action. You have also the option to leave a comment for us (be gentle for us, we like you).

 

After you submitted the request, you will see the Return Instructions and receive a confirmation email.

When do I have to return the products?

The products that you want to return must be delivered to us within 14 days after you have submitted the return request. Returns are free when you use our return procedure and return via DHL. You will receive a PDF file with which you can return the package to us free of charge when you fill after you submitted a return request. Of course you can also return the products via another carrier, then the costs are for you.

How and when do I get my money back?

If you use the right of return, you will receive all payments that you have made at that time, excluding the shipping costs incurred. After you have submitted the return request and we have received your package, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the original transaction was made. This happens in any case within 14 days.

How should I return the product?

You return your order with the same carrier that the package was delivered with. Most packages are delivered by DHL. These packages can only be returned via a DHL package point. The product must be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in original condition and packaging. We therefore recommend that you always carefully open the shipping box and original gasket, so that you can use it again to return the order.

Can I give or exchange my order to the delivery driver?

Unfortunately this is not possible.

How will I be kept informed of my returned package?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we have received the products back and the return shipment will be processed for refund.

My order is incomplete or damaged, what to do?

If something is wrong with the order you received or (part of) the order is damaged, please contact us at info@homeystoolsforlife.com or use the contactform down under. We advise you what to do and help solve the problem!
