JUNIOR RECIPE | Wraps from the oven - *** Difficulty
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
1. Grease the baking dish with some butter or oil. This way, the wraps do not stick to the baking dish!
2. Squeeze the garlic and cut the onion into very small pieces. This is called shredding.
3. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into small cubes.
4. Briefly fry the garlic and onion in the pan. Add the minced meat and fry it for a few minutes.
5. Add the bell pepper, Mexican spices and some of the tomato sauce.
6. Put some filling on a wrap and fold it shut. Place the wraps side by side in the baking dish.
7. Sprinkle the wraps with some tomato sauce and cheese.
8. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool well when it comes out of the oven, the baking dish is hot!
TIP: Also delicious with chicken or even without meat! Then add some more vegetables, such as corn and beans .
